4. Define Your Style & What Type Home You Like
Let’s get realistic! Take ~me to really think about what is important to you in a home. How many bedrooms do you need? Do you prefer brick, cedar siding or are you totally in awe of a two story traditional? We recommend making two lists, one for what the home must have and another for items that would be nice features you would enjoy. Once you have viewed you homes, we recommend rating them on a scale of 1-10. This can help when you look at many homes in narrowing down which homes you may wish to view a second time.
